Rates bungalows are set for one week rental (minimum 7 days). Rates are seasonal.

How to book?

Check our availability by contacting us by email, upon confirmation of these contracts will be sent to you.

It will be necessary to send it signed as soon as possible (by email) and arrange for the deposit *.

Settlement

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of 25% (deposit) of the total amount.

You can adjust this amount by bank transfer.

The rest will be paid by bank transfer 20 days before your stay or in cash at the 1st day of your arrival.

Garanties

A security deposit of € 360 is required on arrival (not cashed).

Tourist tax

Pursuant to section 117 of the Finance Act 1982, a city tax of €1 per night per person is requested by the town of le Marin. Tenants must pay this tax upon arrival.

Cleaning fee

Cleaning fee waiver you do a thorough cleaning to enjoy your last day!
A flat fee of € 45 is charged for each booking to realize the full cleaning of the accommodation on the day of departure.

• The package includes: dust, vacuum and cleaning floors, toilets (sink, toilet, shower), glass, kitchen (fridge, sink, stove), terrace, care and cleaning of linen.
• The cleaning fee does not include: And it is your responsibility to: store and clean the dishes, throw the garbage, empty refrigerator and freezer, linen and towels must be laid on the bed, the couch folded.
  

If housing is made unusually dirty, the same amount will be deducted from your deposit.

Comfort and well-being:
Provision of furnished accommodation for a fixed period (> = 7 nights) with towels, sheets, towel (provided 1 time per week). The service includes access to the pool from 8 am to 7pm, a machine wash available / week and a parking space in the residence. To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay in each, access to the residence is STRICTLY limited to only tenants specified in the contract and the owner

Arrival/Departure :

Arrivals are possible every day of the week, from 4:00 pm.

The day of departure the bungalow must be left clean * at the latest 11:00 am.
